Community and Stakeholder Engagement

Posted in What We Do

The Center for Urban and Racial Equity’s Community and Stakeholder Engagement services are designed to help organizations effectively reach internal and external audiences. With extensive on-the-ground experience with high-stakes campaigns and initiatives, we can ensure that the right people are at the table and that communities are engaged in intentional and meaningful ways. We bring the required sensitivity and know-how to reach diverse populations including members of groups that have historically been excluded from decision-making tables.

For internal change efforts, we develop and implement strategies that are inclusive of all levels of an organization and coach senior leaders and equity teams on how to best time and rollout equity initiatives to build trust, momentum and buy-in among internal stakeholders. Whether you require immediate project-based assistance or a long-term partner to support your outreach and engagement efforts, we can help. We provide customized services including:

  • Strategic Planning
  • Program and Project Management
  • Stakeholder Engagement including meeting facilitation, participant recruitment, grassroots intercept/street-based outreach
  • Communications Planning
  • Partnership Development
  • Content/Material Development (for  issue briefs, websites, fact sheets, videos and other media)
