In this interactive session, we discuss what Fund the People in partnership with the Center for Urban and Racial Equity learned about challenges, opportunities, and promising practices for investing in racial equity in the nonprofit workforce through our newly released Talent Justice study and accompanying toolkit. We will introduce new resources for participants to operationalize racial equity to build a robust nonprofit talent pipeline. Learn more at talentjustice.org.
