CURE’s Dr. Judy Lubin will be speaking at the upcoming New Jersey Culture of Health Conference in November. During this session, Dr Lubin will lead participants through core components of the Center for Urban and Racial Equity’s organizational change framework based on four key domains (Commitment to Equity, Shared Language and Analysis, Equitable Policies and Practices, Empowered People) and four overarching practices (Systemic Analysis, Ongoing Learning, Transformative Practices, Sustained Commitment). Building on the framework and collective wisdom of participants, we’ll explore steps for engaging in a critical self-reflection, assessment and capacity building process at the personal and organizational levels to strengthen the foundation from which we lead, plan and implement equity-centered programs, practices and initiatives.
