We believe in pushing back on the damaging narrative that it’s an individual’s fault when they can’t “make it” in this society of unaffordable housing, unlivable wages, inaccessible healthcare, and mass incarceration. We believe that we do not have to wait for anyone to save us but we can help each other especially in times like this.
